At StringingZone, we take immense pride in our exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we are here to assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.
To initiate a return or exchange and request a return authorization number, please contact us at (9810569623). Kindly send your package, along with a brief note explaining the reason for the exchange, using a prepaid method with a tracking number to ensure secure and traceable delivery.
Warranty Policy
Our stringing service includes a 2-day warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover breakage resulting from normal wear and tear or damaged grommets/grommet holes. StringingZone cannot be held liable for cosmetic or frame breakage during the re-stringing process. For cracked frames, the warranty claim must be submitted directly to the racquet manufacturer. If a frame is visibly cracked, we will inform the customer as a courtesy before proceeding with re-stringing. Removing the stringing service sticker will void the warranty.
Return Policy
Please thoroughly inspect all merchandise upon receipt, and if any discrepancies are found, report them immediately.
To process a return, ensure that your package contains the return authorization number and a brief explanation. Please note the following guidelines:
- Shipping charges will be applied separately to accessories that were not ordered along with racquet stringing service (e.g., grips).
- All exchanges and returns must be made within 10 days from the date of shipment.
- Used merchandise (excluding strings) is not eligible for returns.
- Any used merchandise shipped to Stringing Zone will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Custom stringing services, including strings provided by the customer, are non-refundable or non-creditable.
- All exchanges will incur a reshipping fee of $10 for locations outside the local area.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if a racquet cannot be restrung due to a damaged frame or grommets (for locations outside the local area).
- Please ensure that all returned packages are properly wrapped. Unwrapped returns will be refused.
- Defective items returned within 10 days from the date of shipment will be replaced, exchanged, credited, or refunded upon identification of a defect.
- In-house credits must be utilized before the expiration date.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
